Remove redundant instructions for binary downloads

Avoids building with outdated upstream binaries.
There aren't different versions for ARM anymore, they are all called `arm` now.
Add windows build.gradle file & build instructions

Execute syncthing binary from console instead of loading it as a library.
...
This makes everything easier, as we can now use standard syncthing releases
instead of custom compiles, and don't have to hardcode the data folder.
