pict-rs 0.5.17-pre.7

pict-rs is a simple image hosting microservice, designed to handle storing and retrieving images, animations, and videos, as well as providing basic image processing functionality.

Overview

pict-rs 0.5.17-pre.7 improves the upgrade path from 0.5.16 when using object storage without path style, as well as improves performance when writing files to disk or into processes' stdin. It also adds more timeouts to ensure smooth operation in the face of misbehaving spawned processes.

Upgrade Notes

There are no significant changes from 0.5.17-pre.6. Upgrading should be as simple as pulling a new version of pict-rs. If upgrading causes problems with your object storage and you use vhost style object storage, please let me know.
