## Changes
* get rid of the JCenter repository
* centralize repository declaration for all projects in project settings
* refactor `build.gradle` and `settings.gradle` from Groovy syntax to
Kotlin DSL (thus replacing those files with `build.gradle.kts` and
`settings.gradle.kts` respectively)
